Artcaffe Valley Arcade

I ordered butternut soup It tasted stale I raised the complaint with one of the staff members but nothing was actioned

Just said I wanted strawberry then bringed choco chip

Improve on floor service. Took one hour to get an attendant to give us our receipt for payment

I would love yo do my art cafe Market shopping at valley arcade as opposed to ring road which is too far. E.g get my humus or sundried tomatoes 🍅 🤔.

The service was slow

Service was very minimal...just found out when I had left there are cake promotions running

The customer service was very good but the iced cappuccino i ordered was just not good. Too watery and strong. Left with a disappointing drink

Cold beer

The brownies I bought were not of the usual quality. They were hard/inedible even after warming

I didn't like the food especially the meat had alot of honey. After serving me the waiter took too long to come check on me so as to pay the bill

The tea cake you sold me has a production date of the 3rd. I already returned it once, but now it looks like only the box has been changed,the cake itself is still hard. This is not acceptable

Nothing really happenend..there was not much activity to present an opportunity to gauge a full service...but no one asked whether we were okay or whether we wanted to order something else.
